This surface decorating technique involves using liquid clay almost like frosting. Participants will learn how to prepare and apply slip using various tools to create designs and textures on their pottery.

Students can provide their own leatherhard pieces (up to 3) to use during the workshop or purchase 3 small bowls for use during the workshop. If bringing in leatherhard pieces to studio, clay must by cone 5/6

Each student will be able to keep up to 3 pieces to be fired to cone 5/6. Choose between blue, celadon, white, floating orange, green, or clear glaze and the finished piece will be ready for pick up in approximately 3-4 weeks. An email is then sent out when the pottery is ready and the pottery is then held in the studio for 2 weeks awaiting pick up.
